With thanks to our event sponsors: International House Davis Preethi Indian Cuisine (712 2nd Street, Davis, CA 95616)   WHEN: Sunday October 8, 2017 from 1 pm to 4 pm WHERE: International House Davis 10 College Park Davis, CA 95616 If the parking lot at International House is full, you can park your car on College Park, or go across the street to the UC-Davis parking (which is free during the weekends). PROGRAM SCHEDULE: Our emcee: Vinita Domier (board member, Sahaya International) 1:00 pm: Start of check-in/ on-site registration Lunch: optional potluck: feel free to bring a dish to share. As some of our volunteers are already bringing dishes, and we will also receive generously food from Preethi Indian Cuisine, don't worry if you don't have time to prepare a dish but just come and enjoy! Activities (including face painting, henna, origami, photobooth) 2:00 pm: Opening ceremony with several performers/speakers (to be announced soon) Walk: a leisurely half-mile walk, fit for all ages.
